Excellent price for a cable that didn't last three months before it broke, accompanied by a flimsy and inconvenient warranty that makes it impossible to get a replacement without wasting hours of your time. Requested photos first, a few days later requested a full video of the cable plugged into the wall and a screen video of the cellphone showing the cable not charging. What do you charge for a broken cable YouTube review? I would not recommend these cheap "made in china" cables to anyone, our customer service is terrible to say the least. Most companies that charge a premium for their product do everything to satisfy their customers. It's a shame these companies don't stand behind their products and make their lives easier by charging double the price of their competitors. Much luck! You lost my business.
