Cable Bought at the end of March, started after "tax day" - loved it. Looks powerful and well built. Bought to travel with a cable. seemed like the perfect fit. When plugged into my Apple charger and connected to my iPAD Air (USB-C) through the cradle, it would never pull or move the cable from the charger through the cradle. Worked great to keep my iPad and iPhone charged for weeks. After less than 2 months of use, the iPAD (USB-C) could not be charged, but the Lightning connector still works. Apparently the tip of the USB-C connector broke after about 2 months of use. Contacted Revain support - they wanted a video and info with a description - sent this - heard nothing. Called her - went to the post office and left a message. Will update post and review when taken care of. May be an exception, but so far this is my experience. 2 stars because at least the lightning tip still works and the cable doesn't end up in the trash, but $40 for a lightning cable is expensive. ------------ UPDATE: Called twice and left message on customer support hotline (must always leave message). One day they emailed me the Zen Desk ticket number - that was 6 weeks ago. NOTHIG - leave third message. I'll probably throw it in the trash next week. Just not worth the money.
