The ease of use allows us employees in different state locations quickly access information regarding our safety procedures or new policies that we need for continued operation without delay! We do not have any dislikes about this program as it works great at all sites which has allowed seamless implementation throughout out organization from California down Florida up New York!! Definitely recommend if you are looking into something easy but powerful like ours was when searching options online with other programs they were way too complicated compared what I needed - no more. I like that CaseTrac can be used by many different departments within my organization. It is flexible and allows for quick and easy access to relevant information. There are some areas of the system that need some work, but overall it's great! CaseTrac was instrumental in helping me track all of the student discipline actions taken by our employees. This allowed for management to make informed decisions regarding our personnel with regards to disciplinary action.
