Perhaps you should know a few things to better understand my review: I use protein powder because I suffer from a medical condition that prevents my body from absorbing protein properly. So I need to increase the amount of protein I eat in my regular diet. I don't use it for "fitness" purposes. I also have a hard time with any "cold" drinks, so I have to mix the powder with something hot. My personal choice is to mix it with coffee - I use the French Vanilla Cappuccino flavor. If you use the product differently, your results may differ. The powder mixes quickly and easily with coffee - no lumps, no "swimming" on the surface. However, I didn't care about the taste or the aftertaste that remained, especially after the coffee mixture had sat and cooled for a while. I ONLY tried the vanilla flavor so I can't speak for other flavors. It had an artificial aftertaste.
