This is a beautiful shoe. Good quality. Convenient for everyday use. My normal shoes are size 8.5. This is my first pair of Sanitas. Bought these for β¬42 ($9) to replace a pair of size 4 Danskos that were a little loose for regular wear. I mainly use clogs for air travel - they are easy to put on and take off for security checks. More importantly, they are comfortable even when my feet get swollen on long flights. Sanitas are quite narrow and tight-fitting. The length is just right. I can tuck my pinky toe behind my heel when wearing shoes. They fit snugly on the sides and top of the foot until you take a few steps, after which they become more comfortable. I have never flown in these boots. I expect them to be uncomfortable towards the end of a long flight (they are smaller than the Danskos I had). I only have to wear thin socks. Size 42.5 would be perfect. Unfortunately I don't make them in that size. I let them and see how they behave.
