noise isolation. CHECK OVER!

Sound insulation is no joke. Noise isolation versus noise reduction. etymotic is all about the headphones. I put these sponges in my ear and hear almost nothing of my surroundings. I make music and I'm not kidding, nothing can compare to music. I do warn you though, if you've developed a tolerance for loud music in headphones, you'll need to get used to these relatively underpowered headphones. once you pass it; Get ready to enjoy every beat of your music over and over again. I discovered new nuances in songs I liked and now love. very precise sound. The ear tips come with 4 ear tips, I like the cylindrical foam ear tips best because they can be flattened and shaped to fit your ear perfectly. I'm not sure how effective they will be during a sweaty workout, so I won't discuss them as I won't be using them for workouts. All in all, for around $60 you're getting high-end audio, which some might have to get used to since, as I mentioned, the performance is a bit lower than regular headphones. but prepare to hear every sound perfectly. I made the mistake of choosing headphones with a really wide frequency response and found that I was simply bothered by a sound that wasn't comfortable to hear at full volume and couldn't keep up with ambient noise at nominal levels. I'm happy with the etymology. Last but not least, the build quality: the item arrived intact and in perfect condition, but the rubber construction tells me that these in-ear headphones have a lifespan of 1 to 1.5 years before the cables start to fail. Once again this is an exceptional product for less than $60.
