I've had about 5 pairs of Etymotic ER6i and they've all suffered various kinds of deaths from being run over, washed in the washing machine, eaten by pets and the last pair, plug failure (poor discharge design from voltage ). Finally something that fits my ears well. If you have a small ear canal this is for you. I would even prefer a slightly slimmer fit. The level of detail in the sound reproduction is simply outstanding. The noise insulation is excellent.
