By far the BEST slim case for Surface Pro 7

When it comes to everything I'm a perfectionist and I want a very thin case that looks sleek and functional. I tried two other cases before settling on this one. My requirement is a thin case with good usability but not for protection in case the surface is dropped. I don't need a keyboard and haven't even tried it yet, so this review is for the case with the Surface keyboard attached. This case may not protect if you drop the surface on the edge. Here are my likes and dislikes: Likes: 1. Very thin and fits the screen surface like a glove, while other cases had a thick plastic frame which spoiled the surface's appearance.2. Beautiful leather texture on the body from all sides and looks elegant3. The flap that closes over the surface is very nice and sits in a recess so it's very comfortable to wear without feeling that the flap would slip the surface out of your hand4. The material inside, which sits under the keyboard, is similar to the texture of rawhide, so it's not slippery and has indentations to allow the surface to slide out and sit in the grooves or even outside the grooves and not slip or slide. Keep in mind that the kickstand is hidden by the body of the case and you can't use it, but the case does a great job and has very good viewing angles, just like a kickstand. It's very comfortable to put on lap and it's sturdy, didn't have that feeling with other cases as the material was smooth plastic or vinyl material.6. It feels like you're carrying a manager's tome when you need to take it to meetings. Below are the cons, but it doesn't really matter to me because it might for others. Dislikes: 1. Accessing the MicroSD is hidden behind the "clamshell" and is not possible without removing the case2. The footrest is behind the clamshell in case you want to use it, but you don't need it in this case.3. A pen loop would be nice The keyboard isn't really required, it could be added to reduce costs5. Access to the power and volume buttons isn't very clear, they're not closed but they're recessed, and the cutouts are very close to the buttons, making them difficult to press. I was not paid to write this or received a free product. . This is an honest review to help others as I rely on reviews myself before buying anything. Hope that helps.
