Item was as described and included velcro straps, HDMI cables, screws of all sizes and stands you may need for installation. The mounting template made it easy to line up the bolt positions using the supplied drilling locations and spirit level and once the alignment bolts were in place it was easy to align. When the bar is fully extended to the right or left, there is a slight incline due to the weight distribution. and TV mounts slipped through the noise a couple of times while driving. I put double sided mounting tape on the brackets to attach them to the stem next to the bottom bolt, which kept them from slipping and also made them more secure when tipping. Overall a great mount for a wide range of motion. Used to install a 58 inch TV.
