My Microsoft Surface worked fine and I was afraid it had a bug. I was about to give up! But like many electronics that run on batteries, I've settled on a new charger just in case. I'm a DIY guy. Much to my delight and the fact that the Surface has kept like new, this new charger was sufficient. Success!
