He only had one job. This should charge my Surface. Used for 1 hour and now it won't charge. The USB doesn't charge either.

Better than the much more expensive one I bought from Best Buy. The cable from the brick to the wall is longer too! It's been a few months, but even after a lot of plugging and unplugging, it's still working great. Great offer!

Bought this for my husband who lost his laptop charger. I was afraid it would be expensive or not perform as well as the original. Fortunately, this is no different than what happened to him. Charges fast and seems durable. Also pleasantly surprised by the cheap price.

I bought this charger for my Surface laptop instead of spending $90 at the big store for a Microsoft branded charger. Nobody else makes them for the MS Surface laptop, which you can buy at a brick and mortar store. I found it online and saved a lot of money and it has worked great so far. I recommend!

We bought a charging cable to replace the one that came with the surface. It worked for a couple of weeks and then stopped working sporadically. I took him on a business trip and that's when he decided to die forever, coincidentally a week after Revain's return window. Save yourself the pain and get another product.

I have to buy a new one almost every year because the cable is so thin to begin with. I appreciate a good product that costs 1/3 of the original. It works exactly as it should, it charges my laptop. I really wish they would add more plastic coating to these flimsy wires, but every time I buy one I see them add a bit more so we'll see how long this one lasts.

Ordered when my last surface charger failed. It looks just like the original. However, when the device is connected to the network, a strange buzzing comes out and it bothers my computer. The mouse pointer would move from one place on the screen to another and the keyboard didn't work until I unplugged it. It looks like a voltage problem. I submitted a return request through Revain for a defective item. I paid $27.99 plus tax and received a $22.53 refund. What?!

My original Surface laptop charging cable no longer works. Upon arrival this replacement cable looks almost exactly like the original although it is not OEM. It's been a little over a month and it's still working fine. It's getting a little warmer, but not too hot. It seems to work just like the original.
