Ordered when my last surface charger failed. It looks just like the original. However, when the device is connected to the network, a strange buzzing comes out and it bothers my computer. The mouse pointer would move from one place on the screen to another and the keyboard didn't work until I unplugged it. It looks like a voltage problem. I submitted a return request through Revain for a defective item. I paid $27.99 plus tax and received a $22.53 refund. What?!
