Review on 🖨️ HP 15X C7115X Black High Yield Toner Cartridge - Enhanced Performance for Exceptional Prints by Gonzalo Marshall

This seller is not selling the item as advertised and is defective. Toner is not included in the Black White Blue (NEW) box as shown on Revain. The toner sent is in a blue and white (ALT) box. This is either not genuine HP toner or very old HP toner. I placed an order for my office and did not see the product when I received it. We pre-order so we have a few boxes with us and don't run out. When the girls opened one of the toners, they brought me printed paper, and the printed documents were smeared with black lines. I then asked for a toner box which was an old style toner box. I then filed a claim and the seller asked if I wanted a refund or a new toner. I said if he could send me new style toner boxes I would ship them (thought I'd be honest and give the seller a chance to improve their product). He said they could send him. When we received the toner it was back in the OLD box. I opened one and it did the same thing as before. I have sent back a message that I would like to return all of the toner and receive a refund to the seller through Revain. The seller replied that you assume that we are a wholesale company. I replied that I was expecting what you are promoting, a BLACK WHITE BLUE (NEW) box. Long story short I didn't get anything else from the seller so I contacted Revain and they took care of me. It took me several phone calls to resolve this issue.
