A really necessary purchase, Im glad I found this product.

it is difficult to evaluate the effect of the supplement when you take a complex of different supplements along with training, but in 5 months you have gained 6 kg of dry muscle mass. I think that protein plays an important role here, since, of course, I don’t get the necessary amount of protein from food, and without an additional source it would probably be difficult to achieve such a result.

Pros

pleasant taste, dissolves well, excellent composition (77% protein + amino acids + minerals), the best combination for the money

Cons

at this stage did not reveal (I use 5 months)
