I bought this because I wanted a second charger for my MacBook Pro but didn't want to spend money on a MacBook Pro charger. It charges my MacBook Pro perfectly and I haven't had any compatibility issues with it. As a bonus, I can now also quickly charge my iPhones using the USB-C to Lightning cable that I already had to buy to connect to my MacBook Pro. The only thing that bothers me is that there are no company names on the device, although it's enough for me that it says CE. 5 stars and a purchase recommendation if you want a cheaper alternative than OEM.
