My hair was so happy I thought it was going to fall out! :) With a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner, I've also used this mask to restore my hair. I noticed a slight difference after the first use, but after using it every 4 days or so for two weeks my hair was smoother, not as frizzy and much softer than before. I've been using it for a few months now and get compliments on how healthy my hair looks. My hair is naturally very dark brown and it was bleached to a very light blonde so getting these supplements definitely works!
