Fits Spectra parts. good value I have Spectra, Maymom and Nene flanges. Of the three Nene flanges, I only have the ones I'm concerned about. Due to the design, milk fat can get into the gap, which cannot be pulled out even with a cotton swab. I threw away the flanges out of concern that my child would not get sick. I've been a pump exclusive from the start and changed my parts frequently so it was still good value for other parts as well. The bottles are easy to clean if you need to use wipes along the way - I have a hard time getting my fingers in Spectra bottles. The bottle caps offer leak protection - much better than the Spectra but still behind the Maymom caps as far as I like my favorites.
