The back/cap that goes over the needle cuts into my skin behind my pants especially when I'm sitting forward. That makes her pretty uncomfortable. If I had to look for them again I would find packaging with a flatter pen cap, but they work well. However, the back is really hard to detach as you almost have to pry it off with your nails or aggressively dig with your fingers to pull on the back to detach it. Just not the best.
