Great value for replacing the filter on my shower head. I love both the replacement filter and shower head this company sells! I live in the desert and we have hard water here. I had some kind of eczema/dermatitis on my scalp and body. I've tried several shampoos and leave-ins for scalp treatments, as well as moisturizing lotions and oils. Nothing helped. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the sales clerk at the local beauty and beauty shop and she advised me to buy a shower head that softens the water. I never considered that water causes skin irritation. After years of failing and buying many products, I thought why not try their suggestion and buy a water softener. God I'm glad I did it. My skin and scalp feel so much better after using the shower head! It worked so well that when I noticed my skin irritation had returned, I knew the filter in my shower head needed replacing. The time has come, approx. 7 months from the date of purchase. This replacement filter costs less than $8. About a dollar and change a month to keep my skin clean. MUCH cheaper than all the store bought products that failed. I really appreciate this replacement filter. If I could give six stars I would =)
