It's not overwhelming for charcoal or even mint flavor which is really nice. I can already see a difference in my teeth after 3 days. . It says only use 2/3 times a week and no more than once a day! Make sure you read the instructions. Feels great after cleaning. I'll be back in maybe 3-4 weeks. If anyone has tested this product, please reply. π
