The legal team is very responsive and very knowledgeable in regards to our business. They took the time to learn about our organization and created some great partnerships with us. Also, they're not a cookie cutter shop. They have a customized experience for each of their clients tailored to our needs and budget. We've never had any problems so far with Blumberg Excelsior! There hasn't been anything I could critique because everything has been great. Honestly, I think the only thing we dislike about them is that it took two years for my tax ID number to be added to the system which made payroll more difficult. The ease of use and speed in which I can create my documents and files. The ability to have different templates and formats available for all the type of business entities. It would be great if there was an option for more customizable design options and layouts. Blumberg excelsior has been extremely helpful for me and my clients. They make creating our legal documents easy and quick. They have saved us time and money with their service and support.
