This is a great radio but the remote control doesn't work and Sirius customer service is terrible! When the radio was brand new and the remote control was removed from the box and the battery installed, the remote control did not work properly. The red light was constantly on and the remote would not turn the radio on or off. When I called Sirius support they said I needed to buy a new remote. Wait a minute! I just made it! Then I was transferred to warranty and told I would have to return the entire system for a replacement. Wait a minute! I just paid $100 to install it! With that kind of customer service, I'd buy an XM radio if I were you! Radio gets 5 stars but Sirius Support/Warranty doesn't even deserve 1 star!
