Excellent satellite receiver. If, like me, you live near a large metropolis where almost all VHF frequencies are active, be sure to order an additional built-in automatic antenna connector. The patch antenna supplied with the receiver is not suitable for continuous signal reception.

I selected this product based on my research and I purchased this item from you based on your sales history. Everything was in the box, including instructions. It took me about an hour to read about this product and then install it. The FM transmitter works fine for me. I bought a cassette in case it didn't, but so far so good. I recommend this product.

Excellent features - was able to listen to it in 3 days! "Plug" broke while left in car overnight. I couldn't get a replacement. I can't find a contact as it was made in China. The only contact on the box or in the instructions is the SIRIUS radio and of course they don't know anything about the radio. At first I was discouraged by reports that the FM repeater on these satellite radios wasn't working, but I bought the Starmate anyway. This is a great radio but the remote control doesn't work and Sirius customer service is terrible! When the radio was brand new and the remote control was removed from the box and the battery installed, the remote control did not work properly.
