Price reflects poor quality

I have a small business and resale operation so I needed something to organize my inventory. Assembly was easy - took less than an hour. However, the bottom/front of the hanger is tilted forward. The wheels are terrible, they don't move at all. I intend to buy something better and will probably return it soon, but I needed it at the moment.
