short version, bought mainly for running/training, although gyms are closed due to the pandemic, so only run outside for the time being. I shot another pair of Under Armor that we're worn out. I wanted to try something different as the Under Armor pair I had was heavier than I wanted so I decided to try a different brand. The other brand turned out to be more casual wear than running shoes, although they were labeled as running shoes and people were talking about how light and well-fitting they were. After using another brand for two days I found that the other brand had no real support and my calf took a hit. I had to rest for a few days to allow my leg to heal. I immediately started looking for other running shoes with reviews from people who use them for jogging. I went back to Under Armor thinking if more support means a little heavier then that's a compromise. I was wrong about the haggling. I didn't see all the differences between the Under Armor brand and possibly another brand. But these are as light as the other brand, lighter than my previous pair from Under Armor, have the support you need for road running, and the fit is perfect. I love her! If they wear out over time I will most likely just reorder them. They are cool!.
