Speaker harnesses are packaged in pairs. They fit perfectly into the OEM wiring harness and leave about 10 inches of wire. You plug each pre-crimped connector into the appropriate slot on the secondary speaker. Blacks go to (-) and whites go to (+). On some aftermarket speakers the connector plug is a slightly different size so you may need to replace the connector if it is very tight. If it's too loose (especially on the (-) side, just use pliers to squeeze the connector and get it to pinch the male end on the speaker. Check this by giving it a good tug and making sure he doesn't snap or come off.
