So I've had this screen for over a year, maybe a year and a half. I am very happy that I chose this one. Everything about it is exactly what I wanted. I hope they don't change it. Reflective properties are minimal but noticeable. This creates a great picture. It's quite big but I hid it behind a channel and it works great. The price was much lower than some competitors. Comes with 2 remote controls, love it. In all the time of ownership I have never touched the tensioners and the screen is perfectly flat. I would recommend never touching them. Although I was initially hesitant to spend 1k on a screen, a good screen is just as important as the projector itself, in my opinion. excellent work from elite screens. Gratitude!
