Extremerate makes high quality replacement cases for most controllers, so I wasn't concerned about the quality. The kit includes a tr9 screwdriver for the screws needed to complete the swap and a removal tool that is also needed during the swap process. I think they lose some points as Revain sells and Revain gets worse at package management. If I were a 3rd party I would be pissed if one of my packages got lost in processing. As mentioned above, a general occasional issue with the Revain is that the shell fits pretty much perfectly, except for the edges on the back. The controller looks sleek and the quality of the plastic is good. I feel like I can use this controller longer than I used to because the controller used to just have the knurled or fuzzy plastic that Microsoft uses and it bothered me a bit in use. But overall a good shell replacement and if you're looking for a good quick project, buy this and dig around.
