the simplicity to create beautiful, thoughtful letters and handouts that my organization always receive, and my company's customers love receiving them as well. I am so glad they started this concept, I use it daily! nothing at all!! they are an awesome partner in communication, both in person and digitally, and the staff is incredibly helpful and willing to solve any queries I might have, even though we don't speak the same language. The pricing structure was a bit more complicated than expected, but they solved this very easily by offering a discount. Great software with great service. This is my go-to program when I wish to send something creative and personalized via email, and also when I need to organize some kind of correspondence and send it out. Our customers are able to reach us more effectively and this helps to maintain our relationships and build trust and confidence. I like that you have different themes available so it's easy if someone wants something specific they don't need an entire set made just yet as well since there are many styles availble at any given time! The templates could be more organized but this isn’t really my problem because when sending out emails about our service we use handwriten thank-you letters which makes them unique.
