This item was received on 09/03/2020; in February 2021 this chair was used for sitting for about 3-5 hours from Monday to Friday. that's 5 months with less than 20 hours per week. It wasn't difficult to put together, it just took a while. The comfort rating is wood and it's a pain to sit on unless you put a VERY thick pillow on it. The chair is ridiculously low to the floor. They conveniently didn't list the seat height in the description, so here it is: 14 inches without wheels and 16.5 inches with wheels. Normal seat height is 18-19 inches, at least in the US. The worst, and remember this seat has been in use for 5 months: in February we noticed these little metal balls all over the floor. It was the ball bearings - they came out of each roller and rendered the chair unusable. DO NOT BUY. Total waste of $160!
