I wasn't familiar with Chrome OS so I had my doubts. I bought it mainly for the specific use of sheet music on stage. He makes it beautiful. I was so reluctant to settle for an Apple product since they had already been washed off my property. The processing quality is simply great! I'm so amazed In fact, some applications do not work well in full tablet mode. Some of this would be acceptable if the slate had dedicated buttons for the back and home buttons. So some apps don't give the operating system any space to display these activities and require a quick reload to exit. Well, there are a few apps I just don't use, but pretty much everything I've had for Android works great on Slate. The screen is quite bright, although it will probably be a bit dim in bright daylight. I have a Kindle for Apps in direct sunlight. It reflects the light very well so I'm trying out some anti-glare devices to help with the stage lighting. Having 2 USB-C ports is extremely useful. It can be charged while interacting with other devices. I just need a USB CA adapter (female) that I carry in my pocket. You can also get a hub that connects many elements with a single port. I bought a google keyboard which I love very much and a stylus which I need for sheet music. I have an Incipio Esquire book case. I also bought a black Pelle Studio Shearling case to carry my tablet and accessories (from Wilson's Leather). HDMI connectivity is a big plus. I bought umi converters right there, they work fine. In general I like this business. It's big for everyday tablet use, but I'm getting used to it. I don't regret this purchase at all. In fact, I'm quite happy with the M3 processor. I don't need the storage that comes with the i5, although that would be nice. I highly recommend this for those who have specific needs for a large screen or dual-use device. I'm in love.
