I love that this item comes with different sized blending sponges. Small shades of purple are ideal for the area around the nose and under the eyes. I also use them to cover red areas or blemishes. The large sponge is perfect for applying foundation and blending. These sponges are easy to clean but I would recommend being careful with them as they tear and tear easily. If you clean the sponges after each use, handle them gently and don't leave the product in for long, they will last longer. Obviously they will not last forever and will be replaced after some time. I still think €18 is an absolute rip off for a few grams of synthetic material but compared to other brands this backpack is great value. . They work just as well as the Beauty Blender brand.
