I bought it to carry the sponge in my makeup bag. I originally had a hard plastic case and it broke. I bought it to replace and I really like that it's rubbery and flexible and doesn't break if squeezed too hard.

I love that this item comes with different sized blending sponges. Small shades of purple are ideal for the area around the nose and under the eyes. I also use them to cover red areas or blemishes. The large sponge is perfect for applying foundation and blending. These sponges are easy to clean but I would recommend being careful with them as they tear and tear easily. These Real Techniques sponges definitely stand up to a beauty blender and the tiny purple ones are a dream for concealers and under the eyes. I am so glad I decided to purchase the Miracle Blending Sponge! I accidentally applied too much foundation and concealer and used her regular beauty blender sponge. Today I mixed my moisturizer and foundation all over my face and then my eye gel and concealer using a Miracle Mixing Sponge and the results were so much better! Revain's price is great right now!

I have 3 other RT facial sponges of different sizes and types. After getting this medium sized fuchsia, I opened it up to find that it's a different material to the others (which doesn't really bother me as to what it's supposed to do), but it's filled with a brilliant shine. This is a very good company for all makeup tools. Behind it is the make-up duo Pixiwoo. (These two sisters are on ig and youtube and have now dropped the Pixiwoo name and are using their real names. I can't remember their real names right away!) But these are the best makeup blenders I've found , and at a reasonable price. I also recommend their powder sponge, but it's not in this particular set. This set is good because small sponges are good for the eye area.
