Hyoola'S Smokeless Citronella Lamp Oil: 1 Gallon Insect And Mosquito Repellent Paraffin Fluid For Indoor And Outdoor Use Review

I purchased 8 tiki torch lights for our backyard at home. 4 are around the pool, 4 around the fire pit. One whole bottle of this fills up all 8 of those tiki torches & they all last many, many hours. We get mosquitos pretty badly in our yard and I can tell you they want nothing to do with me or my surroundings when I have the citronella smoke going. I just purchased another bottle for when the torches run out of oil.

Product is fantastic. But the seller sent me a jug of it it with a striped cap. I couldn't open it. Seller disappeared. Thanks for attention!

expected smokeless, but maybe expected too much? Rolls of black smoke, very visible, came out from my lamp. I can smell it in the room, my room is quite large.So I cannot use it or else my ceiling will soon turn black

I made small tiki torches for my patio to keep mosquitoes away. Even had one lit indoors at a large table as people were in and out of the house bringing bugs in. It does not have any scent and lasts forever!

We have been enjoying nights down by the pond but mosquitoes have been really bad. So having this citronella lamp oil has been a real help. Thanks so much

I used this product to fill up lanterns for my outdoor reception. Kept the bugs away created cool lighting and no noticeable smell. I would buy this again.

I find it impossible to pour into a lantern or even a funnel without the oil pouring down side of the bottle and getting everywhere. Best bet is to refill outside.

So this is a clean burning oil, not much of a scent to it. Did not help with mosquitos at all. We were sitting right next to 2 tiki torches with only this oil in it. In the picture you can see little nats on the soaked tiki torch cap. They seem to like it.

The citronella lasted longer than the 6 hours that was in the description. Had to distinguish a couple of them due to wind, but flies came back with a vengeance. Relit the candles and the flies were gone!

I do not like the smell of Citronella Lamp Oil but it Works good but its not the peak insect season yet, it does have low smoke.

This is advertised as smokeless but I found no difference between this and standard type. Same black smoke. Thanks for attention.

Burns cleaner than the Tiki brand. Make sure and just leave a nub on your wick. Mine is barely showing through the top but burns as tall as the Tiki with the wick 1/3 an inch out. The cost is similar per gallon to the Tiki clear, but I like knowing what is in this and it can be burned indoor or out!

I do wish the citronella smell was a bit stronger while burning but overall this product is great. It burns beautifully and isnt as smokey as some brands I've had in the past. It came packaged very well and did not leak. I recommend trying it out.

Well I'm thinking this is a flammable oil/fluid right? Well its Mostly WATER! This Stuff will Freeze solid and Ruin your Containers.we had an early fall freeze and all of my candles (porcelain) Froze and Broke, as did the Jug it came in, well I didn't catch it before it unfroze and it leaked on and stained my concrete back porch! Stick with the Tiki Brand it doesn't freeze!

Needs to be easier to pour. Tried to pour into a lantern and into a smaller container with a spout and it spilled everywhere. Love the product though!

All the bugs laughed! They stayed close, continuing to bite, and taunt, as if invited to enjoy the nice ambiance of the warm torches nearby.I added more high grade citronella essential oil to the fuel, which helped some.If the only goal in buying this product is low scent, clean burning fuel, but not ward off insects; go for it.
