Review on Building Developmental Skills with Melissa & Doug Classics Construction Set by Christopher Jackson

I want to start by saying I love Melissa & Doug and Diane products so I figured this would be a win-win. It's not bad but I wouldn't do it again and I don't think it's worth recommending. The pictures on each puzzle are made out so you always have a bit of the outer design on each piece, the picture scratches so easily - I'm just trying to open the packaging and all the pins (for lack of a better term - so small that I don't like it I don't think they fit) don't focus on the parts. Okay, these things are livable, but the worst thing for me is that they are of such poor quality that the tree itself falls off completely and you can get a splinter. So frustrating since I bought it for my kid to actually use and not just watch. I have to polish each piece and the puzzle myself. Hope that helps. the time will show. Maybe I just need to get rid of them completely.
