Definitely not "grandma's" toothbrush! You can see it, but even more so when you brush it! After using the thin old-fashioned brushes, they feel a bit clunky at first, but after 1-2 uses you realize how well this pen feels in your hand. And the design "insists" that the bristles are held at just the right angle for a thorough and surprisingly comfortable brushing experience. My dentist noticed the excellent condition of my gums even before he knew I started using the MD brush, which confirmed my belief that this is an amazing toothbrush. MD Brush is definitely a very small investment for a healthy and most importantly clean mouth! I'm so glad they're back.
