For the price I would say this is an estimate. I think I paid about $25 maybe less. I was looking for semi-rigid wheels. They're stiff enough that you won't have trouble keeping up with the speed in the park, but soft enough that your feet won't go numb when you're riding rough pavement. It's unlikely you'll be able to slide on it unless you're really in the mood. So be aware. This pack worked great for me because I was also looking for replacement bearings. The bearings are ok, they just used grease which slows them down. If you have a speed cream, simply remove the lids, dip in rubbing alcohol and shake until the grease is gone. Then add a few drops of real skate lube and bang! performance camp!
