I like that it's an easy solution for all our needs, including employee engagement surveys as well! It also has great reporting capabilities so we can easily see how things are going with different departments/groups within our organization. Nothing really - other than maybe more customizations would be nice but this isn't necessarily bad either since they do offer those options if needed. We use NxThink primarily because their customer service team was always helpful when dealing directly or through account managers. They have been able to help us get up-to-date reports whenever there were any changes made by them which allowed me to make decisions quickly without having to wait too long after implementing something new.
