I bought this item twice to give it enough time to penetrate my system. A two month supply should be enough to see some results. The first box I received was oily. My original thought was how they should come. As much as I despised their taste, I ate them anyway. When I received my second box I noticed that they didn't look like the first box at all. They weren't oily, the colors of the pills didn't match at all, one set was much darker red than the other. Yes, I used these pills correctly. Eating healthy and exercising didn't see the results I was looking for. Instead of losing weight, I gained weight! Not at all what I intended. I lost $56 and gained weight. NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND. The buyer saves money, time and effort for something else. This is very frustrating and disappointing. It would be nice to get the money back. But I strongly doubt it.
