Authentic Herm Sprenger Black Stainless Steel Fur Cape. 23" is perfect for my GSD; For the record, she measures 20.5" in circumference at the widest part of her head and fits snug which is a perfect fit. It sits squarely on the neck leaving no ring on the collar, even if left for several days at a time.Most collars will snap or tear the fur after an hour regardless of width and material.I am very glad we found a durable collar that does not pose a choking hazard like normal sliding chains, a weak point like has a buckle or is not shed/waterproof.
