Fits well on the waist but they are long. Definitely not fluffy at all and not very thick, just fluffy, so it doesn't get very warm in winter. And they're cheaply made. Thin material and not waterproof so not "winter pants" and not worth the money. I will be keeping them because I needed something warmer than just pants for my 20 month old son next week at deer camp, the temp will be around 50 so they will be fine for that at least.
