Great product! Very durable. However, it is really too small for a guinea pig. Finally sent it back. I wish it was a little bigger.

Our hamster recently made a cross-country flight and arrived safely. A suggestion for improvement is the water dispenser, before the trip we filled the bottle only to find that the water was dispensed too easily, which quickly got hamsters and bedding wet. We chose to leave it blank.

Nice trunk! It's big enough to fit my Syrian comfortably and even fits under all the bedding I put in with him lol. Although he dug under all the litter, some of the litter crept out of the holes. And the clip is a bit confusing, but you get used to it and it doesn't unlock once properly closed. I didn't use it with a water bottle because I didn't take it too far. But yes! I recommend! It's very roomy and comfortable, and I can even put toys in it.

Arrived as described but the water bottle clip was missing from the opened box. I'm guessing it's 70/30 with this kit, but it's definitely a good carrier. A bit flimsy and I wouldn't trust it to stay closed if you're walking around indoors with a heavy hamster. I used string to tie the water bottle to the carrier but honestly.
