I bought this product a while ago and it had a small problem. I wrote a review pointing out the issues and the seller immediately emailed me asking them to fix it. This seller is a pleasure to work with, their customer service is second to none and you can tell they genuinely love to help with any issue or concern and genuinely appreciate your business. I wish there was an opportunity for a customer review so I can give them 6 stars out of 5. Now to the product. When I got a replacement, I slammed this sucker against the shower wall and sang karaoke for 45 minutes until the water went cold. The volume was just enough to lighten my "nails on a blackboard" like a voice and if my eardrums had lips the sound quality would definitely make them smile. I've never discharged the battery so I don't know how long it will last. BUT for me I'd rather not know because it means my speaker has never died in the middle of a jam before. Since the replacement came I use it every day in the shower, in the kitchen and in the garage. I would say I would recommend this product to a friend, but Moreno's accurate testimony would be to say I HAVE it.
