Kevala: A Lost Chance for Better Service

I was eager to check out the Kevala online shop as a foodie. I was disappointed by my encounter, unfortunately. Although they have an impressive variety of gourmet foods and pantry essentials, their subpar customer service was disappointing. The customer service agent I spoke with appeared disinterested and disengaged when I asked them about their sustainable practices and ethical sourcing. In addition, my purchase arrived later than expected and some of the items I ordered were harmed in transit. While I respect Kevala's dedication to offering premium ingredients, I believe they are passing up a chance to give their clients superior service. I want to support companies that share my ideals of ethical sourcing and sustainability, but sadly, my interaction with Kevala left me feeling less than inspired. Kevala has the potential to be a fantastic resource for food enthusiasts, so I really hope that they take measures to enhance their customer service and shipping procedures.
