Great Product - Great Service

We chose these bins for their design. The slim design was important to us as we had narrow closets. They have the same lid size, making it easy to find the right lid and making them stackable. The build quality is very good. Flexible yet strong. I didn't use labels and since the containers are clear I'm not sure I'll be using them. One of the containers is broken. It was shipped in the product's original packaging without the standard Revain box and bubble wrap. No wonder it broke. I contacted the seller and sent a photo of the broken container. He immediately sent a replacement crate with seven containers. Excellent customer service.
