Overall we like the light but it is VERY difficult to set up. You can easily download the wrong app from the App Store. If you're getting one that wants a monthly subscription, it's not. We have strong fiber optic internet. A lamp next to the router is used for each light bulb. Despite being controlled via Bluetooth on your phone, they want to connect to Wi-Fi. We used 8 bulbs to have 2 sets of 4 in two rooms. It took about 2 hours to set it up. .and we have enough computer skills. Now that they're installed, we love them. The only functions that are easy to use are the colors and the brightness of the group. Haven't used Alexa or similar apps.
