The best part of this software are its ability for multi-channel measurement which makes it very helpful in terms or performance marketing campaigns,it also has many other useful features like tracking campaign goals & ROI etc..
I have used only one month but i found nothing negative so far about optimoaatalytics as we all know that every tool needs some time before they start showing results. So if you want something with multiple channel data then go ahead otherwise there will be no harm using traditional CRM tools available out ther instead of opting optimo atalyics. We use our own custom made solution called "Optima"which helps us keep track of customer interaction across channels suchas emailing/phone calls / social media posts.
