Nothing! I just can't understand how could they be good at their work if this is what i see from every customer care chat with them (i don´t know why but it's like that for everyone). The support team doesnt even reply to each other so you dont get any help in solving your problems because when u try talking by yourself - NO ONE WILL REPLY TO YOU BECAUSE THEY DON"T EVEN KNOW THAT IT HAPPENED AND NOW WHAT?! What do we say now? Just give up or look elsewhere. And please ask all questions before booking anything else than maybe there will not have such issues after buying something as critical business app!! If someone asks us about our server setup etc which should happen very often then PLEASE ASK BEFORE BOOKING THEM. ! We did few upgrades one time without asking first of course :) They are expensive though :-( So make sure that price fits into budget otherwise go through another provider who doesnt overcharge clients/customers too much =) You wont regret doing thing right way=)))) At least once ;) Never mind everything was fine until upgrade happened :( But still no idea were these bugs came form since years ago. Server had some security flaws back many months till recently upgraded again last week only! Our admins asked me couple times "are those old servers The interface is very user friendly. We have been able to use it without any problems. I think that the software is well designed with all the features we need. There isn't anything I dislike about this product. It has helped us solve some problems regarding our website backups. This means that we can now work from anywhere in the world and still access our files. We are using this for our website backups so that we don't lose any content.
