I like that it allows me to keep track of what needs repair or replacement at any time during its life cycle (i.e., before purchase).
It is easy enough so even those with no tech expertise can use this software without having technical support staff available during normal business hours. The reporting capabilities are very limited compared to other products in our portfolio when considering cost effectiveness vs quality/reliability. If you have access to IT help desk personnel who understand how reports should be set up then there may not much else wrong here but otherwise - avoid if possible! We were able to solve problems related to tracking assets purchased through multiple suppliers by using Asset Optix's ability to manage all types of equipment including cars, trucks, forklifts etc as well as heavy machinery such as generators & pumps.
