Good product for managing maintenance and repairs

I like that it allows me to keep track of what needs repair or replacement at any time during its life cycle (i.e., before purchase). It is easy enough so even those with no tech expertise can use this software without having technical support staff available during normal business hours. The reporting capabilities are very limited compared to other products in our portfolio when considering cost effectiveness vs quality/reliability.   • Ease user inputting information into database via Excel template which works great together wth asset management program we currently employ called Plexus Tracker

Overall good product, very easy once you get started

I like that it has all of my assets in one place and when I need to make changes they are made as soon as possible without having to contact multiple people throughout the organization. This system is not user friendly for those who aren't familiar with excel or sales force. It would be helpful if there were some training material available online so we could have more hands-on experience before attempting this program ourselves. The BEST customer service and support

I love how easy it is to use! It's so simple that even my non tech savvy mom can figure out everything she needs in just minutes using this software--no training necessary!! We have been able help our clients with all their fleet management issues (vehicle inspections/repairs) but most importantly we are helping them save time by reducing paperwork & ensuring they're always up-to date w vehicle status info.--which helps us be more efficient as well since there isn't any paper work involved…
